Ishmail is our resident Therapist with over 9 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry as a high performance athletic coach and manual therapist. Ishmail’s understanding of anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, metabolic health , cardiovascular health and dimensions of health influence his approach. Assessing all factors that contribute to your health and well-being to formulate a cohesive approach for your efforts.

Ishmail has also worked with A-League, Netball, NRL and AFL teams sharpening his eye and ability to address injuries and improve performance.

Graduating from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and Cert III & IV in Fitness, Jonno uses up-to-date evidence-based practices to help his clients achieve their goals. Jonno understands and teaches the benefits of exercise through his education of anatomy, neuroscience, biomechanics, psychology and nutrition.
Jonno’s holistic approach to health and fitness caters to clients of all abilities, especially beginners who want to learn how to improve their lifestyle by creating healthy and sustainable habits with their individualised training and nutrition.
Additionally, his experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with the NRL Manly Sea Eagles First Grade Squad allowed him to learn and work alongside some of the most experienced high performance coaches and athletes in Australia.
